Service Description
This service is a complimentary check-up for clients who were pierced by Millie at Helcity Piercing. One free check-up is included within the first 6 weeks after your piercing. During this appointment, your piercing will be assessed for proper healing, placement, and overall condition. If needed, guidance on aftercare will be provided, and minor adjustments may be made to support optimal healing. This check-up is not intended for piercings performed elsewhere and does not include jewelry changes or downsizing unless previously discussed. Additional services may be booked separately if required.
Cancellation Policy
All piercings are performed in a clean, safe, and professional environment. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and meet ID requirements for the selected service. Deposits & Payments: A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit amount depends on the service booked and currently ranges from €15 to €50. €10 services (such as jewelry changes or check-ups) are paid in full at the time of booking. The applicable deposit is clearly shown during the booking process and is deducted from the final service price. The remaining balance is payable at your appointment. Deposits are not refunded or converted to store credit. A deposit transfer means it is applied to one rescheduled appointment only. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Deposits may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice Late cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to attend will result in loss of the deposit €10 services are non-refundable Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period applies. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or cancelled, with the deposit forfeited. Additional Information: Appointments may be refused if you are unwell, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, pregnant or breastfeeding (where applicable), or if anatomy is unsuitable. Inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the appointment without refund and may lead to refusal of future bookings. By booking, you agree to this policy.
