Booking Policy

Appointments

All services are provided by appointment and time is reserved specifically for you.
Some services may require manual approval before confirmation. Your appointment is only confirmed once it has been reviewed and accepted.

Walk-ins

Walk-ins are sometimes possible depending on availability and the time required for the service.

If there is not enough time to accommodate you that day, you are welcome to book an appointment on site for the next available time slot.

Booking in advance is always recommended to guarantee your preferred time.

Deposits

A non-refundable booking deposit is required for most services.
The applicable deposit amount is shown during the booking process.

Deposits:

  • Secure your appointment time

  • Are deducted from the final service price

  • Are not refunded

  • May be transferred once to a new appointment with sufficient notice

Payments

The remaining balance is payable at your appointment.
Cash is preferred. Electronic payment options may be available.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.

  • With sufficient notice, your deposit can be transferred once

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments result in loss of the deposit

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings

Missed appointments mean another client loses the opportunity for that time slot.

Late Arrivals

A grace period of 10 minutes applies.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in:

  • The appointment being shortened, or

  • The appointment being cancelled

In such cases, the deposit may be forfeited.

Appointments are scheduled with sufficient time for consultation, anatomy checks, safe procedure, and aftercare guidance. Late arrival may prevent this from being done properly.

Preparation for Your Appointment

Please:

  • Arrive freshly showered

  • Wear clean, comfortable clothing

  • Eat beforehand and stay hydrated

  • Bring valid government-issued ID

Additional preparation instructions may apply depending on the service.

Jewelry & Materials

Only jewelry supplied by the studio is used for initial piercings or procedures.
This ensures verified material quality, proper finish, and suitability for healing.

Refusal of Service

Services may be refused or stopped if:

  • You are under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • You are unable to give informed consent

  • Health, hygiene, or safety concerns arise

  • Your anatomy is not suitable

  • Studio rules are not respected

Inappropriate behaviour will result in termination of the appointment without refund and may lead to refusal of future bookings.

Aftercare & Follow-Up

Aftercare instructions are provided after every procedure.
Follow-up checks may be recommended depending on the service.

Proper aftercare is essential for safe healing and optimal results.

Agreement

By booking or requesting an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Booking Policy and any service-specific conditions shown during the booking process.
