•      At what age can I get pierced?

It is important to note that if you are under 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must be present. Please bring your ID card.​

Age restrictions:
From 4 to 11 years: Earlobe piercings only

From 12 to 14 years: Helix piercings (outer ear cartilage piercings)
From 14 to 16 years: All ear piercings and nostril piercings
From 16 to 18 years: Navel piercings, facial piercings, and oral piercings.

From 18 years: Nipple piercings, intimate piercings and microdermals.​

• How do I take care of my piercing?

After the piercing is performed, you will receive a verbal explanation along with a detailed aftercare leaflet in either Dutch, English or French and, a small aftercare package. There is also a simplified version of the aftercare here and some helpful tips about your new piercings here.

• How can I pay?

We accept cash, Payconiq and bancontact.
 

• Can I come by any time for a piercing?

No, unfortunately, I (the piercer) am only available in Tienen on saturdays which means that it is best to make an appointment and secure your spot in my agenda via this link or message me on WhatsApp +32 470 04 91 18.
 

• Can I bring my own jewelry?

I do not install jewelry that is purchased elsewhere. I only use the jewelry from our stock, so that I can guarantee the material, the quality, and the polish of the jewelry.
 

• What happens if I don't come to my appointment?

Life happens — I totally get it! If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel online, or just send a quick message via WhatsApp, SMS or email.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee will apply. If you don’t show up and haven’t cancelled, that’s considered a no-show (missing your appointment without notice), and the full appointment fee will be charged.

I allow a 10-minute grace period for lateness. After that, your appointment will be considered missed and may incur a fee.

This is to help keep things running smoothly for everyone. Piercing appointments are booked for a minimum of 30 minutes — this gives us time to consult, check anatomy, complete the piercing safely, and explain aftercare properly. If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, unfortunately we won’t have enough time to proceed — and I really don’t want to rush such an important service.

Please remember: missed or last-minute cancellations mean someone else misses their chance too. Your time is valuable — and so is mine — so thank you for being mindful.

• What kind of material is the jewelry made of?

I only stock Implant Grade Titanium ASTM F-136 due to its hypoallergenic properties. As someone who is highly sensitive to nickel, steel, and mystery metals, I find it incredibly important to stock only hypoallergenic piercing jewelry.

•  I don't see the jewelry I like, can you order something for me?

Certainly! If you don't see the jewelry you have in mind, feel free to reach out to me here.  Share your preferences or provide a picture of the piece you're looking for, and we'll work together to find or create something perfect for you! Just a reminder, not all jewelry is safe to wear, so if a company doesn't specify the material, it's best to avoid it.
